When Seeing Agents "% Change" for a Date Range, What Date Range Is It Looking Into?
For those ranges that are one year or less, it's comparing the year-over-year change. That means if it's for the last 30 days, it will compare the last 30 days in 2020 to the same 30 days in 2019.
If you are looking at the Last 12 Months, you'd be comparing Feb 2019-Jan 2020 vs. Feb 2018-Jan 2019.
If you were looking at data from the last 2 years for the time frame of Jun 1, 2016 - May 31, 2018, then you would be reviewing data from June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2016.
