Commercial, Land, and Multi-Family Property Types come to MarketView Broker

Good news. By popular demand, we have now added additional listing classes to your MarketView Broker product's data. So now, instead of being limited to Residential on-market, we've also pulled in Commercial, Lot/Land, and Multi-family listings (where available) from the MLS. So now the overall productivity figures, before filtering, will include activity with listings across all these classes.



If you'd prefer to focus your search based on Residential Only, you can still filter down to just that data set. Or if you'd like to limit your search to solely Lot/Land or Commercial, that's possible as well. We feel this enhancement will provide you with an improved view of the complete competitive landscape while maintaining ease-of-use.
