Each side of the transaction splits the total volume. If there is a listing agent and a co-listing agent, then each would share half of the transaction volume. In the event that the agent does not handle both sides of the transaction, the numbers can differ in MarketView Broker.

For instance, Caroline acted as the listing agent for some transactions for the time frame and earned $15,983,087. During this same time period, she was on the showing side and earned $13,274,624.
