If you want to see your where your firm ranks in specific neighborhoods, cities, or areas you can filter by market share across the region.

Step 1

From the home page, select either Office or Firm depending on what you want to compare.

Step 2

Click Search.

Step 3

Click the Pin button next to each office you want to be included in the report.

Step 4

Click Graph View.

Step 5

Click the % Share button.

Step 6

Select Export.

You can look at market share by Units or by Volume and also look at Total Sides, List Sides Only, or Sale Sides Only. You can also use the Filters on the left to look at market share in different segments of the market using the PROPERTIES section.
