I Want to Keep a Close Eye on Specific Agents I Am Trying to Recruit, So I Want to See When They Close on a House.

It is better to reach out to a recruit with something topical as opposed to just cold out of the blue. One of the things that you can do is reach out when they have a closed sale to congratulate them.

Step 1


Add agents to one or more watchlists.



Step 2


Choose to filter by units or volume.


Step 3


On the home page in the Latest Activity section, click Filter. Choose the types of activities you want to see notifications on (Closed Sales for this example). Choose the watchlist(s) you want the feed to display for those selected activities. Click the X to close. The feed will update and be updated each day with new activity.
